Library Catalogue

This is where we store information about all of the books in the Library. The Library catalogue is online, and you can use it at home or work at any time without having to come to the Library in person.

You can use the catalogue to check the following:

  • Do we have the book?
  • If so, is it already out on loan to someone?
  • Where is it on the shelves?

You can also:

  • Renew your loans
  • Reserve an item so that you are next in line to borrow it

All students and staff have a personal login for the catalogue.

If you are a student, log in with your student reference number (type AN before the number, no spaces) and your PIN - set to 4321 for all students.

Staff use the barcode number from your staff ID badge, but have unique PINs - please contact a member of Library staff to obtain your PIN.
