This website will provide you with clear information about all the courses available to study at Anniesland College. It also contains useful information about support available and how to access services at the college. If you are unsure about what course and level to study at, you should contact Learner Services for advice T: 0141 357 6114.
Once you have found the course you wish to study, go to the apply button on the right hand side of the course information and complete the online application form. If necessary, you will be contacted and asked to send copies of your qualifications to the college.
Please note: Those applying for Part time evening courses may be advised that they have an offer of a place without going through Steps 3 - 5
You will receive a letter within five days inviting you to come for an interview to discuss your application. Remember, the interview is your chance to find out more about the college and about whether the course is going to be right for you.
If your interview is successful you will be given either an unconditional offer or a conditional offer of a place on a course.
An unconditional offer means that you definitely have a place on your chosen course.
A conditional offer means that your place depends on you meeting certain requirements, usually that you gain certain exam results. Once you find out what your exam results are, you must show us that you meet the requirements we asked for and you will have a place on your chosen course.
Once you receive the offer of a place, you must return the acceptance form to say that you want to accept a place on the course. You must return this form even if you have a conditional offer and you are still waiting on your exam results.
Once you have accepted a place on your chosen course you can apply for funding. For NC level courses the college will send an EMA / Bursary pack out to you with all the information that you need to apply. For HNC / HND level courses, you need to apply to SAAS.
Funding options are also available for those studying on a Part time basis.
Find out more about funding here.
Full time courses will enrol from 13th August 2012 and classes will start from 27th August 2012.
