General Catering (NC)

This course is designed to prepare students for entry to the Hospitality industry at a basic level or as preparation for entry to NC Professional Cookery. The emphasis is on gaining practical cookery skills, experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Entry requirements

  • No formal entry qualifications are required however an interest in cooking and the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Entry will be by interview and references to determine suitability for this course.

1 Year Full time August to June

Articulation

Successful students may progress to NC Professional Cookery at Anniesland College.
