Dance Artists (HND)

This course is designed to further develop a range of practical dance skills and underpinning theory. It provides a progression from HNC Dance Artists and places equal weight on teaching, choreography and performance. Students are provided with the knowledge and experience required to progress to degree level study or to develop careers as freelance dance artists.

  • Successful completion of HNC Dance Artists.

2 Years Full time August to June

  • Classical Ballet: Advanced
  • Contact Improvisation
  • Contemporary Dance: Advanced
  • Contextual Studies
  • Dance: Advanced Performance and Production
  • Graded Unit 2
  • Jazz Dance: Advanced
  • Sound Editing for Choreography

Careers
