Business (NC)

This course is designed to provide an understanding of the nature of business organisation and a good grounding in the skills required for business. Successful completion of this course will enable students to progress to a Higher National course in Business or to take up an introductory post in a business organisation.

Entry requirements

  • A minimum of three Standard Grades at grades 1- 4, including
  • English or a group of SQA units at Intermediate 1.
  • Mature students may be admitted without formal qualifications.
  • All applicants will be invited to attend an informal interview.

1 year Full time August to June

Articulation

Successful students may progress to HNC Business, Accounting or Administration and Information Technology at Anniesland College.
