The Library is light and spacious and is a great place to study. It is for all students and staff of Anniesland College, whether full time, part time, evening or day release. You will find the Library on the ground floor.
All you need to borrow or book any of the resources is your student ID card. Staff will help you find and use the plentiful resources available to support your study. You can also find out about flexible learning courses in the Library. Visit the library pages to find out more.
The VLE is an online resource which has been designed to allow you to access materials for course work and to submit course assignments. Your tutor will provide you with a username and password.
The new college Multi-Gym is open to all students every lunch time. The new Games Hall has four Badminton courts as well as basketball, netball and five-a-side football facilities. There is even a full indoor tennis court. Various lunch time and after hours events are available for students and staff alike.
Our Multi Faith Room is situated on the second floor. Further information can be found in Learner Services.
We have a fully equipped First Aid room on the ground floor. If you need any First Aid, please ask at Reception. If you require any medication on a permanent basis or if you have special requirements e.g. a nut allergy, it is important that you let the Learner Services Manager know.
The new refectory, called The Space, seats more than two hundred people and offers a range of hot and cold meals, with options available to suit those with dietary requirements.
This restaurant is open to the public and offers fine dining, produced by our Hospitality students, at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is open for lunch at selected times of the year. You must book in advance on 0141 357 6088.
Vending machines are available in break out spaces on each floor.
As part of our green travel plan, we strongly encourage staff and students to use public transport to reach the college, but our car park can accommodate two hundred vehicles. There are eleven disabled bays.
